Trade Program

We invite Interior Design and Architecture professionals to utilize our showrooms as a resource for their projects through our Trade Program.

By opening a trade account with HOST, you will receive personalized service from our staff, as well as competitive discounts on all of the brands and manufacturers that we carry. Please read the terms below to determine if you qualify for our Trade Program.

Valid company website or instagram showing current design work.
Copy of applicant’s Business license showing proof of a design-based business
Interior design certificate (NCIDQ, CCIDC)
A blanket PA Sales Tax Exemption form (for any tax exempt transactions)
A completed and signed application form listed below.

Sales Tax Exemption

Please choose from the following. If you are tax exempt, please email a copy of your Resale License or Sax Tax Exemption form to jennifer@hostinteriors.com. If we do do not receive your paperwork within 72 hours from your application, you will be contacted via email for a copy prior to being accepted into HOST's Trade Program.

• Designers must initiate, participate in and finalize the design and ordering process. Clients who have worked directly with staff on more than one occasion without the designer’s presence or input are not eligible for the Trade Discount. • Designer pricing will not be quoted directly to the client, unless specifically at the request of the designer. • Trade Discount is not transferrable. • Designers registered with HOST acknowledge that all custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. • Trade pricing discount schedule will be given to the Designer after documentation is reviewed and approved by the Trade Account Manager. • Once eligibility is met, discount may be applied to full price merchandise.
